Yes and No.
It has no use to worry about future problems neither past. Both can't be controlled. But we often do because some people need a little bit of a safety feeling, at least the illusion to have something in control. But it doesn't mean you shouldn't worry at all. Worrying about something makes us human. Worrying equals caring. You should worry about our here and now. You should worry about the people in your heart and mind because they matter. And you should worry about your home. About our all homes. The World.

⋆ Every person you count as a fixed component in your life will leave no matter what they've promised to you. In death or in betrayal. They leave anyway. So you better be loyal to yourself in the first place.
⋆ Care of your self, because sometimes no one else will.
⋆ Words can be nice, but if actions not following to them, they are only empty shells.
⋆ Don't drink poison, just because a friend offers you to do so. Don't take their lies, just to keep a "friend". Know when to leave. Healing don't come from the ones who broke you in the first place.

Or c) you don't try to bath yourself in your own pity and work your a.s.s. off for what you really want. Thats life. Life don't serve the sweet fruits you ever wanted sometimes. You get what you deserve and worked for.
And no it's not a garanty that everything works out, but at least you use your oportunity and do anything whats in your responsibility or power.
If the glas is full or empty - you decide. And in the end it's like a self fulfilling prophecy.
