Yes and No.
It has no use to worry about future problems neither past. Both can't be controlled. But we often do because some people need a little bit of a safety feeling, at least the illusion to have something in control. But it doesn't mean you shouldn't worry at all. Worrying about something makes us human. Worrying equals caring. You should worry about our here and now. You should worry about the people in your heart and mind because they matter. And you should worry about your home. About our all homes. The World.
