I think both men and women age the same. But society puts more pressure on women needing to look like children to be beautiful. So everyone perceives them to not age when in reality. They're just aging the same as guys, but the standards for them are much higher.

I've seen so many absolutely stunning beautiful older women. And seen some not so good looking older men haha. So it can go both ways. Maybe just let people age in peace and care about your self instead.
