What I like is Panera. With 4 days off, I’m doing “4 days of Panera.” On Day 1, they had soufflés for sale. I’ve not seen this item previously (the spinach and artichoke looked so tempting). Because of my big breakfast, no hunger was present.
On Day 2, the decision was to skip breakfast and go to Panera hungry. As I walked in the door and moved toward the display case, no soufflés were present. Instead, I went with grilled cheese and tomato soup.
The lesson to learn here is…
If you see the soufflé, just order it. If not hungry, order it to go and eat it later.
