It definitely took a long time because of the situation. First crush and he was so mean and I thought I could change his mind and get him to like me back…. Once I looked back at how he ignored me and treated me…. I finally realized he was just being mean for kicks…. And that i deserved better. Plus I was tired of chasing people who could never even like me back…. Not only did I give up on him I gave up on anyone who’s a potential not because of him but because of personal reasons.
