Idk if i have Bpd cause my therapist says there’s a high chance but people with Bpd says my episodes are not extreme enough for it
My therapist said that about me in the beginning, but it's hard to diagnose. If you're in doubt, what helped me was connecting with people with bpd and see if you fall into that pattern. I didn't, my therapist then treated me for bipolar 1 and that fit a lot better.

Deleted all my answers and i regret it, have you ever refreshed your account?
I started over with a new account after taking a break for a few weeks. I deleted the old one but then reactivated it because I wanted to see my answers. It felt like a diary of a person I don't know anymore.
