I try to lift weights four times a week, and I try to get 7000 steps a day (average).

halloween is coming - what’s your plans this year?
Maybe (covid dependent) doing a scaled down version of what we usually do, which is going to my wife's cousin's house, but maybe just doing a small "candy party" in their yard instead of going door to door.

You can't "make" anyone feel something. But you can be supportive of your friends and let them know that you are there for them if they need it.
