Decrease the amounts of sugars, salt, spices and fats in your diet to the half of what you are already taking and double the amount of water you are already drinking on daily basis. Please do not drink cold water or stored water. You do not need any diet plans if you can cut your food intake by one third of your existing diet. And walk a mile daily if you can.
