جیسے کہ اس وقت بھی بارش ہو رہی ہے اور ماما پکوڑے بنا رہی ہیں۔ ایسے ہی بچپن میں بارش اور پکوڑے ایک ساتھ تھے ہمارے لئے۔ ماما پکوان بولتی ہیں اور وہ مجھے بڑا اچھا لگتا ہے۔ بارش میں پکوان ۔ نمکین اور میٹھے پکوان۔ گڑ کے پانی میں گندم کا آٹا ڈال کے اس کی پیسٹ بنا کے اس کے میٹھے پکوڑے اور بیسن میں مصالحہ جات اور پالک اور آلو اور ہری مرچیں اور پیاز ڈال کر ان کے نمکین پکوڑے۔ دھنئے پودینے کی چٹنی اور میٹھے پکوڑوں کے ساتھ گاڑھی بالائی۔ پاپا کو صرف نمکین نمکین پسند آتا ہے ہاہاہاہا۔ لیٹس سے جتنا سوچا جا سکے اتنا لذیذ کھانا۔ اور پھر یہ موسم۔ اور ساتھ گرما گرم چائے اور سب کا ساتھ❤️
