I wanna run from everything. I’m in my early 20s n still don’t know what I want from life. I have taken a lot of big decisions till now and the more I think of them the more I realise that they are all wrong. I always think that there is this energy that controls everything but I don’t feel that anymore. It just feels like I am on my own.

People talk about how it's all sunshine and rainbows after leaving a toxic relationship. But nobody talks about how hard it is to unlearn the abuse you normalized, the mistreatment you tolerated, the toxic traits you developed, and the overthinking from being treated that way.
