To make this account, I used my Facebook info. But now I wanna make a new account using my Facebook info again. Even if I deactivate this one, it keeps reactivating everytime I try to use my fb account to create a new ask.fm account. What can I do?
To use your FB account for new ASKfm account follow these simple steps:
👣Disconnect your FB account from your old ASKfm account. You can do it in your settings. Your password will be asked to do this.
👣When it is done, deactivate your old ASKfm account. Also this step can be done in Settings.
👣And now you are able to create a new account with your FB account.

Sometimes the application restarts to another language, I always have it configured in Spanish, and the application is restarted and the language is English, HELP!
It could happen if you use ASKfm account not only in app, but also in web browser where you might have selected English.
Please make sure that you are using also your web browser in Spanish.

I had another account and it got deleted (I guess). Suddenly I couldn't log in. The password and the username were correct for sure. I hadn't invade any of ask fm's policies. Why did it get deleted? I'm afraid that what happened will happen again to my new account.

Salam alaikoum. Page Malti I can not enter them because I was forgetting email and password but was linked to Facebook and Lucky and inadvertently I removed the link to Facebook and logged out and now I can not enter it knowing that I know the user name and the description in it and all friends

How many reporters does it take for someone to be banned for spam and harassment?
We do not count the number of reports. It is important WHAT is in the question or post that got reported. Even after the first report our moderation team will remove the post if it violates our Community Guidelines.

What's the indicator that shows the person is online. Any?
Check if there is a green dot next to the user’s profile. If it’s visible, it means the user is online.
BTW - some users have turned off this option in their settings, so you might not always know if the user is offline or just hiding 😎

Wht can't we add some people in our favourite ones on ask?? But we get the message that "you can't subscribe to this user at this time"
