Basement. Because there's possibility of experiencing crimes, murder etc. all kind of insecure things. And where I live now is atics actually and it has been almost 15 years I am living here so that I know it's safe and nothing big issues can be happen here. If I got any problem, then I can shout out easily from atics any people can see and come to me to save me but in basement, my sounds can't reach to outside or people easily if there's no security guard in time.
