Would it be permissible if I look at what the 4 madhahib say regarding a topic and then always choose the opinion (of a madhab, not one scholar out of everyone) to make life as easy and comfortable as possible? Eg. wiping over socks (hanbali), food after istihala (acc to hanafis) etc.?
There's absolutely no problem with that, as long as you're following the mainstream opinion (al-mu'tamad) of each mathhab.
The problem begins when
1) considering weaker opinions.
2) studying the proofs to the extent that you become certain one opinion is stronger than the other, then follow the weaker opinion.
3) merging opinions in the same issue to reach a deformed hybrid that isn't valid. (Ex: if you marry a woman with no wali according to Abu Hanifa, no witnesses according to Malik and no public announcement according to Ahmed = that's no better than adultery)
The problem begins when

When someone says the Prophet Muhammad Pbuh is Noor, I’m not sure how to take this. I understand the last verse of surah Kahf. Is it wrong to believe he is Noor ?
It's a correct statement, he is the Noor, meaning, metaphorically of course, because he takes people from the darknesses.
Similarly, God describes Himself as Noor. That too is metaphorical. Noor (Light) is a creation of God. But His Light means His Guidance.
As to the Sufi nonsense that he, peace be upon him, was literally created from light, as I said, that's Sufi nonsense.

I started fasting Ramadan with 14 but it became obligatory upon me with 12. Do I have to makeup every day once or do I have to fast 60 days for each intentionally missed fast? And how many poor people do I have to feed?
You fast one day for each day missed.
And because this has taken you more than one full year (making up must be done usually before the following Ramadan) then there's an added expiation: 750 grams of dates per each day missed given to a poor.

1. The ruling is similar to doctors, dental hygienists, etc. Getting those services from the opposite sex is prohibited unless the patient can't find anyone qualified and accessible from their own sex.
2. It's permissible to do it yourself. It's permissible to hire someone to do it for you only if you can't do it yourself.
Whether it's better to completely remove or trim weekly, from the perspective of reward, is a matter of dispute between scholars. To each is their own merit. My personal opinion is that there's no preference between the two. And Allah knows best.

لو تعذر الوصول للقاضي الشرعي، فالمفتي، أو شيخ القرية، أو من تعتقد فيه الخير والعلم الشرعي والقدرة على إنزال الحكم.
نحن مثلا في أوتاوا، عاصمة كندا، ليس فيها قانون شرعي، لكن مجلس أئمة أوتاوا يجتمعون ويقومون مقام القاضي، فيصلحون بين الأفراد، ويفسخون الزيجات الفاسدة، أو يرغمون الأزواج على التطليق لضرر،
وهذا تحت موافقة مجمع فقهاء أمريكا الشمالية، والتجمع أفضل كي لا يلحق الإمام أو المفتي المنفرد ضرر أو تهديد من الزوج.

السلام عليكم ايه حكم الاسلام ف الزوج الي بيفرض علي زوجته انها تصرف ع البيت وان هذا فرض واجب عليها ولازم تعمله ومش بيطلب بأدب بالعكس بيستفزها ويحسسها انه شئ مفروض؟؟؟!!!!
