انا طبيبة ...اقيم حالة ما بأنها ميأوس منها خاصة عند كبار السن فحين يتوقف قلب المريض أنعش لكن ليس كما يجب هل هلي اثم ؟؟؟

إن كنت قصدت ب"ليس كما يجب" : ليس بالإصرار كما تنعشين مريضا شابا، فلا بأس، لتشخيصك الطبي أن هذا المريض قد استنفذ صحته وعمره.
وأرجو ألا يكون قصدك الإهمال الطبي لما يحتاجه كبير السن.

If someone has been making donations throughout the year can they count that towards their zakat if the zakat intention wasn't made at the time of giving the donation?

You can switch the intention before, or at the time of giving, but not afterwards.

حكم عمل تحليل السائل المنوي في نهار رمضان حيث لا يمكن عملة بعد الفطار لوجود منع تجول كامل بالمدينة التي اعيش فيها و وجود غرامات كبيرة جداً علي المخالفات علماً باني حاولت عمل تصريح تجوال اكثر من مرة و تم الرفض في كل مرة

What do I do if I made an error in recitation during voluntary prayer and I realized after the prayer was over? Is my prayer accepted or do I have to redo it? I would like to know the same for mandatory prayers please. JazakAllah Khayran

Alaikum assalam,
1. Making a mistake intentionally in the Quran invalidates the meaning.
2. Making a major mistake (changing a full letter) in al-fatiha, while being able to correct it (i.e. Not a person with a lisp) invalidates the prayer.
Other than that, you're fine.
No difference in rulings between mandatory and supreragotary prayers.

ولدي مش بيشتغل بقاله كام شهر بسبب موضوع الكورونا ومعهوش فلوس يطلع الزكاء انا بنت وبشتغل ينفع اطلعها بنيابه عنه وعن اخواتي وامي

إن كنت تقصدين زكاة الفطر، فهي على وليك، ولك أن تعرضي له المساعدة، هذا من طيب أصلك، لكن يستوجب موافقته.

A friend of mine embraced Islam last year (alhamdulillah) and he mentioned that he wants to give zakah, but remarked how difficult it can be due to his student loan (300k), child support (divorced with a kid), and mortgage. He makes about 180k a year after tax. Is it mandatory for him to give zakah?

It's mandatory upon every wealthy Muslim to give Zakat.
Wealthy is defined as having owned at least 595 grams or silver or 85 grams of gold (equivalent is $400 or $4000, respectively), as savings for a full year.
You calculate how much you have in assets for past 12 months.
Subtract the liabilities (the loans that must be paid back) within the coming 12 months, then pay 2.5% on the remainder, if there's any amount left.

Does that include both grants and loans (which I have to repay eventually)? And do I have to try to approximate the amounts I was given in the past or can I just pay 2.5% of the total I have now?

Today is the 22nd of Ramadan.
If you had more than the minimum threshold (the Hanbali threshold is about $400 Cdn) last year on 22nd of Ramadan. Then you'll pay Zakat today as 2.5% on the total amount you own today, the 22nd of Ramadan 1441H.
You'll look back at 22nd of Ramadan 1439H, two years ago that is, if you met the threshold, then you need to pay today, 2.5% of the total amount you owned on 22nd of Ramadan 1440.
And so on until your birth year.

هو ينفع فعلًا اطلع زكاة لغير المسلمين ؟

بعض أصناف الزكاة الثمانية لا تعطى إلا لغير المسلمين.
كالمؤلفة قلوبهم وفي الرقاب.
وعموما، يجوز إعطاء الزكاة لذمي إذا لم يوجد من المسلمين من هو أحوج منه على أحد قولي العلماء.
لكن يحرم إعطاء الزكاة اتفاقا للكافر المحارب، سواء كان يحارب المسلمين بلسانه أو قلمه أو ماله أو جهده.

#نصيحة.. لو سمحت انا بحفظ قرآن والحمد لله انا دلوقتي في الجزء ال 26 اول تلت اجزاء واخر تلت اجزاء تمام اللي ما بينهم بقي مش اوي وفي اجزاء زي جزء الشوري مثلا نسياه خالص ازاي اعمل جدول مراجعه واوفق فيه بين الجديد والقديم

بعد رمضان
الآن التلاوة التلاوة.

سلام عليكم عمرى ٢٨ سنة مكنتش بصلى خالص ولحد ٢٠سنة مثلا مكنتش بصوم و لما انتظمت فى الصيام مكنتش بقضى اللى عليا فى فترة الحيض ، و فطرت رمضان اللى قبل اللى فات كاملاً بسبب الحمل مقضتهوش، تبت إلى الله وحاسة بالذنب ماذا أفعل ؟ولو هطلع مبلغ مالى أحسبها إزاى ؟ نفسى أحس إن صفحة الماضى بيضاء و مش عليا ديّن؟

الندم على ما فات شيء طيب، وهو أهم أركان التوبة، لكن حتى لا تغتري بالأماني، قولي أريد التوبة.
التوبة لا تكتمل إلا بقضاء ما فات.
وعلى كل يوم صيام فاتك من الرمضانات السابقة: عليك قضاء ذلك اليوم إضافة إلى كفارة التأخير وهي كيلو ونصف تمر. أو وجبة طعام لفقير. ممكن لنفس الفقير، وممكن عدة فقراء في يوم واحد، وممكن أسرة ٥ أنفار تبقى كفارة ٥ أيام (الفقير ممكن يكون طفلا أو بالغا لا فرق، المهم الإطعام)
وإياك والتردد في الكفارةأو االبطء فيها لأنه يناقض صدق الندم والرغبة في التوبة، بل قدمي كل ما تستطيعين ولِتُري ربك سرعة استجابتك وتسليمك لأمره.
والصلوات كلها يلزم قضاؤها، هذا عليه اتفاق مذاهب الأئمة الأربعة.

المهم: المحافظة على الصلوات والصيام الحالي، أولا بأول، واستدراك ما فات شيئا فشيء، حتى ييسر لك ربك إبراء ذمتك ولو بعد عشرة سنين.

نعم، أولى السنن بالقضاء هي الوتر. تصلى وقت الضحى ركعتين قضاء.

Are Muslim women allowed to leave their houses for a walk, or enjoy sunshine in the lawn or at the park? Does this qualify as having a purpose that the ayah in Surah al-Ahzaab talks about?

There's no harm upon any Muslim woman to leave the house for necessities - such as seeking Islamic knowledge, or medication -, needs - such as buying herself nice clothes or her favourite chocolate, or leisure, such as a walk in the park.
But to keep in mind two things:
1. The Messenger of God said: any woman who leaves he home, the Shaytan will prepare a reception for her (i.e. to seduce her or use her to lure others), so Muslim women must maintain saying all the prayers when leaving the house, entering the marketplace, etc.
2. The Messenger of God said: "O men, if your women ask for your permission to go to the mosque at night, then give them the permission", and "men ought not to prevent the female servants of God from the Houses of God"
The vast majority of scholars deduce from these two hadeeths that:
A) men should definitely allow their women go to the mosques in the daytime.
B) If men do prevent their women, then their prevention is binding and a woman must obey her guardian. (Some scholars give exception when it's about necessities like medication and Islamic education)
C) If women need to ask for permission to go to the mosque, then women should not go out anywhere without seeing permission from her male guardian first.
It's important to note that there's a bunch of fabricated hadeeths about women who leave their homes without permission are cursed. None of these hadeeths are true. But the prohibition is deduced by the scholars as mentioned.
