المعتمد عند الحنابلة: يجب على ولي الصبي منعه حتى يتعلم الوضوء.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته لو سمحت يا شيخ انا طالبة جامعية هل يجوز اني اتحدث مع المدرسين اللي كنت باخد عندهم في الإعدادي أو الثانوي مع العلم ان الحديث فقط يكون لشكرهم على ما فعلوه معنا و الاعتراف بمجهودهم والسؤال عن أحوالهم فقط ولا حديث في اشياء اخرى؟؟؟؟ وبالمثل مع دكاترة الجامعة؟؟
لا حرج طبعا، بل من أهم صور الوفاء حفظ الجميل لأهله.
لكن لتتوخ أخواتنا في ذلك الحذر. إذ الشكر والاعتراف بالمجهود لما يرافقه تساهل ولين في الكلام قد يؤدي بعض الرجال لفهمه خطأ. والمدرس بشر.
وللأسف يكثر أن تقع بعض الفتيات في خطأ تلبيس علاقتهم بالمدرس لباس الأبوة، وهو تصرف مشهور في علم النفس، والشرع يقول أن المدرس رجل أجنبي، والتعامل معه يكون بحدود المعروف.

طب لو كانت ترجمة يعني مصحف بلغة آخرى ؟
في تلك الحالة اسمه ترجمة وليس مصحفا، وليس للترجمة أحكام المصحف.

يا شيخ انا فتاة مخطوبة و مكتوب كتابها اريد ان اسال هل يجوز لخطيبي لمسي و تقبيلي مع العلم اني أخبره اني افضل ذلك بعد الزواج فيخبرني انه يجب كسر بعض الحواجز التي بيننا حتى لا يحدث حرج بيننا بعد الزواج و يكون الأمر اسهل علي و يخبرني بضرورة التحدث مع بعضنا عن أمورنا الخاصة حتى يتضح كل شيء لي قبل الزواج
معلوم أنت زوجته بعد كتب الكتاب

السلام عليكم يا شيخ نحن في سورية أغلبنا لا نجد من يفتينا، أغلب طلاب العلم يخافون من طاغوت الشام وهنالك مسائل الأولى ألا يفتي بها إلا من هو محيط بها وعايش في جوها وهناك مسائل جوهرية لا نستطيع العمل إلا بالفتوى فماذا علينا نحن العوام، حتى بحثنا عن من يفتينا يعرضنا لمخاطر لا يعلم بها إلا الله.
إسألوا العلماء في الأردن ولبنان وفلسطين والعراق وتركيا.

Can one fast voluntary fasts (e.g. ashura) before completing the mandatory Ramadan fasts that he/she missed?
The question stems from whether or not the makeup of fasting Ramadan is due immediately, or can be done anytime until the following Ramadan.
In the mainstream opinion of our mathhab and some of the shafii matthab, it is not permissible for a person to perform a supereragotary worship when there's an obligatory worship due at once. Since the makeup of Ramadan days in our mathhab is due at once, therefore voluntary fasts aren't valid nor permissible in our matthab, and aren't permissible in the shafii matthab.
However, the majority of the scholars in the Hanafi and Maliki mathaahib are upon the opinion that Ramadan makeups can be made up anytime before the following Ramadan, for the Hadeeth that Aisha (R) saying about herself that she would only get time to makeup Ramadan in the following Shabaan, and it's impossible that she would neglect the supereragotary fasts, which would imply that they can be fasted before doing all the makeups. And therefore it is okay if you follow that opinion.
Please note that it is, nonetheless, always. always. always. better for you to follow the opinion which makes you free from liability in all four mathaahib. In this case: fasting Ramadan first then the voluntary fasts.

I sold a bag on eBay, dropped it to shipping company, before it reached the buyer she asked to cancel the order. According to eBay policy on this item, the buyer cannot return the item. She sent me back the bag and asking for her money; eBay allows me to keep bag and money; is it Haram to keep both?
There are several minimums of return policies that Muslims are required to abide by.
One of them is: the right to return a merchandise before receiving it. For the Prophet said: "the buyer and seller both have the right to cancel their sale as long as they do not depart each other." Meaning, if the buyer received the good and departed, then you're not obliged to accept a return afterwards unless there's another reason (defect, deceit, etc)
The buyer in your case is responsible for all shipping and repackaging/restocking fees, and you're obliged to accept the cancellation.
One of them is: the right to return a merchandise before receiving it. For the Prophet said: "the buyer and seller both have the right to cancel their sale as long as they do not depart each other." Meaning, if the buyer received the good and departed, then you're not obliged to accept a return afterwards unless there's another reason (defect, deceit, etc)

يا شيخ جذاك الله خيرا ... حابب اسألك عن راي الحنابله ف موضوع عدم الصلاه الا خلف من تعلم في زمن الفتن ، وكمان علاقة الرئي ده ف السنه وشكرا
سيبك من الحنابلة وكلام الفقهاء يا حبيبي، وتعلم اللغة العربية أولا.
اتخذتني والدتي إماما دون ان تنبهني وبعد ذلك انتبهت انها تصلي خلفي وكنت قد صليت ركعتين بدون أن ارفع صوتي اما الثالثة فقمت برفع صوتي فيها .. هل في ذلك مشكلة
في مذهب سادتنا الحنابلة لا تصح الصلاة هكذا. ولكن تصح على مذهب الشافعية.
