American Express have a credit card which is interest free, so long as you pay the balance in full every month. Also, you get benefits such as airport lounge access, hotel upgrades etc. The first year the card is free and then £140 a year afterwards. Would this be permissible to use?

Credit cards are a riba based contract. The fact you agree to pay interest after the grace period is over, makes you agree to the sin, even if it's unlikely, and hence it is prohibited.
However, the majority of scholars in Europe and North America have allowed it as it can become a life necessity to have a credit card, with the condition that you never buy anything unless you have the cash for it, and that you pay up your entire balance within the grace period.
Seeing this is in the UK, I don't know if this is a competitive product, here in Canada there are many premium cards with lounge access for less annual fee than that.

I have no passion for secular studies. I want to pursue Islamic studies but my parents are against it. Advice?

Secular studies means you study secularism.
If you mean engineering, medicine, accounting, etc. These are not secular studies. You may call them worldly subjects vis a vis the Islamic subjects.
Your passion for what you want to learn is one thing, and a career is another. They're independent.
Get a college diploma or training for whatever you're good at, start working, get out of your parents home, get married, then study whatever you want.

Is it prrmissible if a woman helps those who are getting married but don't have enough money, by buying them what they still need of house furniture, then they can pay her back later but with a set value of profit?

A person may offer to sell something they already own for cash or installments, and it's okay for the sum of the installments to be higher than cash, as long as they own it already.
If they come as a third party, offer to buy something for you in cash and sell it to you in installments with an increase, then the following conditions must be met:
1. They must buy the item without obliging the buyer to buy it from them.
2. They must be seperate transactions, conducted in two separate settings.
3. Between the two transactions, the item must move, physically, to the property of the third party before it is sold again.
But making profit from people who don't have money, doesn't sound so altruistic, does it?

Sheikh, did you miss my pastebin question on urinary problems?

Given it's only related to touching water, it may be a psychological issue causing the incontinence. Psychological issues doesn't mean you're making it up. It means your brain is experiencing something when your body touches water such that it induces the physical symptom.
I suggest first you speak to a urologist, then if the problem persists, a psychologist.

I gave zakaat to a poor husband and wife that had just gotten married. My intention was 100% for zakaat but I am having doubtful feelings as to whether or not they fall into the categories of those eligible to receive zakaat. Do you have to be a certain level of "poor" in order to receive zaakat?

Below minimum wage: poor
Above minimum wage but below livable, dignified wage: needy.
Both are legible for zakaat.

Do you know of any institutions around the world where one could seriously study Islam?

One does not need an institution to seriously study anything.
Institutions are great for collaboration. To become the amazing scholar you dream to be, all you need is a good book, a great teacher and a superb dedication.

I love u

If you really did, you would've known my ego doesn't like to be abbreviated. 😏
May you love God Almighty, and may He love you.

Assalamu Alaikum shaikh. What's the reason behind why women are prohibited from cutting their hair short? And what's the shortest length they can have their hair at?

The believing women are free to cut or dye their hair in whatever form they like, as long as it does not appear like a man's haircut, and as long as it does not imitate sinful women, especially famous ones.

So if the cheese says only bacterial culture it is permissible, or it should also have micorbial enzymes?

Afaik, milk needs a culture and an enzyme to become cheese, if you don't see microbial enzyme then perhaps it has rennet (and possibly lipase too).

انا فاهم يا مولانا، لكن حاعرف ازاي أنه حايفهمني صح لو هو مبيتكلمش انگليزي كويس؟

i can't speak E well but i will try to explain my Q , now when Imam bowing and i enter the mosque when he bowing so can i run to get him before standing or it's forbidden

Ask someone who speaks your language.

A brother told me that also cheese could be Haram, so I should take care when buying one and do some research for the enzymes used to be microbial not from animals, and it is getting to hard . What is your opinion ?!

Ask scholars, not brothers.
Generally speaking, halal or kosher cheese has no difference of opinion regarding their permissibility.
If it contains rennet or lipase from a non halal/kosher cattle, the majority opinion is that, it is prohibited.
If it is from pigs, it's prohibited.
If you avoid aged cheese, you won't find lipase, then you only have to check it's got a halal or kosher sign, or see if the ingredients say it's made with a bacterial culture and a microbial enzyme.

لا.

Now I'm in Islamic country, I have opportunity to work as a software developer in an European company, its work is to collect and analyze data available on persons to help insurances companies make decision if this person is okay to have insurances or he/she is questionable .. Yajooz?

No.

I have an 11year old niece who is menstruating. Her parents r negligent of fiqh and she is insecure & doesnt have practicing friends. She lives in the west where 11year olds r taught that they r children. Is she accountable like an adult even tho her parents haven't prepared her for Islamic duties?

She is religiously accountable for herself from the day she reached puberty. Speak to the parents and teach them.

https://ask.fm/MajedJarrar/answer/141829353026?utm_source=copy_link&utm_medium=iOShow about the shampoo , condition and lotion. Also tee, coffee bags in the hotel room, if we take them when we leave the room ,is it the same ?

If they put it in your room, the inferred implication that it is a gift.
If you're visiting a store or someone's property and they say, serve yourself from this stash prepared for guests, then it's for use, not a gift.
Muslim scholars distinguishes between giving something, and giving access to something; that if you're expiating a sin which involves you feeding a homeless; it is not sufficient to invite them to your house, or even a buffet. Rather, you must give them ownership of the food - should they want to share it with family or store it to eat later.

is it okay to take home a couple of sugar packs from coffee shops to use them later or is it considered stealing? knowing that I take them openly in front of everyone. I mean the sugar packs they leave on the table to use for your beverage.

The assumption is that these are put out for use in store, hence taking them out is violating the trust of the store owner.
If you buy the drink to go, and ask for these sachets to take with you, and they give you some, then those they gave you are yours to have.

ASA Shaykh, I forgot the last tashahhud.

It's one of 14 pillars of the prayer.
If you skipped a pillar but remembered it right away afterwards in the prayer, while you're in the same rakaa, you go back to it and do it, and continue from where you left off, then add prostrations of forgetfulness*.
If you forget a pillar, then remembered it a following rak'ah, but still within the prayer, then you consider that rak'ah of the forgotten pillar as void, you add an extra full rak'ah to the prayer, then you add prostrations of forgetfulness*.
if you forget a pillar, and finished the prayer and got up and left, or sat and talked, until some time passed. Then the whole prayer becomes invalid and you have to redo the whole prayer again.
--
* Prostrations of forgetfulness: At the end of a prayer in which you added, removed or doubted a pillar or an obligation. You're required to fix it, then at the end, you add two extra prostrations of forgetfulness, identical to regular two prostrations, either right before tasleem, or right after tasleem.

ASA Shaykh, pray this request reaches you in good health & spirit. Tonight, I prayed and I forgot the last portion. Somehow it escaped my memory. When I went to a prayer app, I noticed it says it differently than I was taught. Prayers are one of the first things we will be asked of; proper method?

Which last portion did you forget? Of reciting Qur'an? Or the last tashahhud?
