القضاء على الفور.

ومن فوريتها أن يتطهر للصلاة، سواء من غسل أو وضوء، وأن يرتدي الملابس النظيفة، وأن يصلي في مكان طاهر. ويستحب - إن نام أهل المنزل جميعا - أن ينتظرهم للتطهر ويصلون القضاء جماعة.

ولا يكره أن يخرج للمسجد للقضاء، لأن قضاء الفرض مفردا في المسجد خير من قضائها منفردا في البيت، والجماعة في البيت خير من المنفرد في المسجد.

شيخ ماجد محتاج ردك بثق فى فتواك ، اشتريت ذهب أمس ودفعت أقل من نصف المبلغ لأن مكنش معايا فلوس تكفى ومعرفتش أسحب من الفيزة المبلغ كامل عشان الحد الأقصى للسحب اليومى واتفقت مع البائع غداً ساكمل له المبلغ واحتفظ بالذهب عنده لكن فى الغد زاد السعر واخذته بالسعر القديم هل فى ذلك حرمانيه

نعم هذا عقد محرم.

ترد الذهب كله له. وتأخذ مالك كله. ثم تشتريه بعقد وتدفع المال كله في نفس المجلس حسب سعر الذهب ساعة المجلس.

When a person begins hajj on the 8th of dhul hijjah do they have to keep their ihram clothes on until they cut their hair on the 10th day of dhul hijjah? Is this for women as well? They cannot change their clothes until the 10th day?

Women have no specific clothing for iḥram. As to men, they can only wear iḥram clothes until after they shave on the 10th.

Salam alaykum shaykh, if a man intends ihram and to perform umrah before boarding their plane in the US, they cannot remove their ihram garments until their umrah is complete, is that right? What about women? Their ihram abaya they entered into ihram wearing cannot be removed?

There's no such thing as ihram Abaya for women. They wear their regular clothes.

The ihram must be worn at the gates of the ḥaram (the Abrahamic Sanctuary). If flying over, the pilot will notify passengers when they're about to fly over.

Wearing it beforehand has no merit or ruling.

Salam alaykum Shakyh, I know that women are not supposed to where niqab while performing hajj, but what about protective masks? Are they ok to wear during tawaf and the other hajj manasik?

In our Mathhab they are prohibited from wear Niqab but still required to cover their faces with a cloth when men pass by.

Shaykhna, on the 10th day of dhul hijjah do the hijjah only stone the jamarat Alaqba? And the stoning of sughra and wusta is down on the next days? In this day is tawaf al ifada done? If one is not able, can they do they that on the next day?

After Arafa,

The order is not required in any action in Hajj. For the Prophet permitting the mixing in any matter.

The Ifadha must be done after midnight of the day of 10th, but best done before noon on the 10th.

It is preceded by slaughtering the animal, throwing the first 7 pebbles and shaving one's head.

In our mathhab, it has no end time, it can be done anytime after, even on a future trip if a person couldn't do it in the same trip.

Salam alykum shaykh, in regards to throwing the pebbles at jamarat. On the days of tashreeq, does one throw 7 stones at each of them again? Aqaba is done on the first day of eid, does one stone Aqaba again in the days of tashreeq? And the farewell tawaf it is done before one leaves Makkah correct?

On the Day of Naḥr (the 10th), a Hājj is required to throw 7 pebbles at one of the three statues representing the luring of the devil.

Then on the 3 following days, known as the days of Tashrīq (11th, 12th and 13th), the Hājj is required to throw 7 panels at all three statues in order (small, medium then large). Totaling 21 pebbles per day.

The complete Hajj would be 70 pebbles, and for those shortening their Hajj to two days of Tashrīq only, they would need 49 pebbles.

The pebbles must hit the target or fall within the fenced area around it. If a pebble does not reach there, then it's invalid, and another one must be thrown. The numbers in the previous paragraph indicate the successful hits.

Pebbles can be easily gathered around the Muzdalifah.

ما هو المكوس

المُكوس، على وزن الفُلوس، مفردها مُكْس، وهي إتاوة يأخذها الملك الظالم من الشعب بغير حق.
لا فرق بين الحاكم ورجال العصابة يقطعون الطريق ويقولون إذا أردت أن تمر عليك أن تدفع كذا.
وأخذ المكوس من الكبائر، توعد النبي من يعين الظالم على أخذ المكوس بجهنم، فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا يدخل الجنة صاحب مُكس.
ففي الشرع، ليس هناك حق للحاكم في مال الناس سوى الزكاة التي تؤخذ من أغنيائهم وتوزع على فقرائهم، والجزية التي تؤخذ من أهل الذمة.
لكن أجاز الفقهاء أن يطلب الحاكم من الناس المال لضرورة، مثلا لإصلاح جسر بشرط أن لا يكون في بيت المال ما يكفي، وأن يكون الطلب بعد ظهور الضرروة، وليس العكس كما تفعل الحكومات عن طريق الضريبة، تأخذها ثم تقرر ماذا تفعل بها.

ينفع البس ماسك بدل جزء من النقاب لو مش هيظهر من وجهي حاجة اكتر من نفس مقدار الرؤية اللي بيظهر مع النقاب ضروري بالله ، مصابة COVID ونازلة امتحان وخايفة اتهاون وانزل بالنقاب بس فاعدي حد ، الاتنين ع بعض بيكتموا نفسي ومش بقدر اتنفس

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

الذي أدين به لله، أن كل الأحكام التكليفية في الواقع تنطبق على الألعاب الالكترونية والمواقع الاجتماعية.

فالسرقة والسطو والربا والخمر والزنا والقتل والسحر والشرك والكفر، كل هذا محرم منكر عظيم، سواء في الحقيقة أو الألعاب، ولا ينبغي على مسلم يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر أن يدنس قلبه وبصره وسمعه باللعب بهذه المحرمات.

ولو لم يكن من ضرر من هذه الألعاب التي تحتوي على محرمات سوى التهاون بهذه المحرمات، وانطباع صورها في القلب، وزوال فحشها وإنكارها في النفس لكفى بذلك إثما مبينا.
