Absolutely. For me music is such a mysterious force that can change your mood so fast. Sometimes — when you have a break down; a single song; only 3 or 4 minutes of words; voices and instruments have the power to help you feel better. And there are countless list of songs/books that makes me happy instantly. They are like soothing and comforting to me. Also you know that feeling when you start to re-read one of your favourite books and their world is just so comforting and reassuring that you sort of just sigh. 😭💗 — If you would like to; I would love to share few of my personal songs and books with you.
