listen — i’m trying to finish up planning my wedding and doing what i need to do to be fully ready for it. on top of that, i’ve driven like 4 hours total today between getting my kids from my sister, taking them to a pool party, and going shopping. and now that i’m finally home and able to sit down and chill, i don’t wanna answer fifty questions you can just GOOGLE.

well the day is almost over but
bought my friends disgusted her bday present, went thrifting, vacuumed, shampooed the carpets, rearranged, redecorated, & cleaned kendall’s room. now i’m getting a bag ready for me, justin, and tommy to go fishing. and then we we get back i’m gonna vacuum & shampoo the carpet in the boys’ room, take apart their bunk bed, and rearrange and clean in there.

• children don’t need to be in front of a screen all the time. too many parents rely on tv, tablets, and phones to keep their children occupied.
• children should have chores and chores should be started at a very early age.
• children need to know basic life skills. how to cook, clean, do laundry, etc.
• children shouldn’t receive allowances for basic chores. paying children to contribute to the household will only set them up to be lazy imo.
• children should play outside more than inside.
• children need one on one time with their parents, and also time with their siblings. in contrast, they also need alone time.
• children need sober parents.
• parents should always explain things to their children so they understand things instead of just saying “because i said so”. teaching children your reasoning is important.
• i don’t believe in free range parenting.
• if possible, parents should avoid daycare and have a parent stay at home with young children/infants.
• children need to learn healthy habits from the moment they’re born. if they’re never introduced to unhealthy habits, you never have to break them from said habits.

gavin dresses himself and picks his clothes out all the time lmfao. i’m just the final decision maker on his outfits. i make sure everything matches. that he’s wearing the right clothes for gym day. that his clothes don’t break dress code. and sometimes i pick out his clothes to let him sleep in a few extra mins.
