yeah I'm 5'4 too.. how did you get towards your target?

I exercised a lot and ate very healthily, not so healthily at times. I got really focused on it and it was like a virus, it consumed me. I don't want to give tips on how I used to lose weight, but I've found much better ways for myself and others to lose any podge, inbox me on facebook if you'd like to know routines/recipes and such :D x

What was your goal? (if you don't mind me asking) I'm like your height and I still feel like my goal should be lower because I'm not happy

my goal was unhealthy to be fair...7stone.
ideal is like 8 really, but I miss 7st7 D; i'm 163cm :)

I was 7and a half stone, and idk, ever since I applied for the job and got an employee discount I eat it like every other day sometimes even twice a day -ashamed-

I hate to love eating it, like I love it so much but in the past month because I eat it so often ive put on 10lbs so im sad :(

You are beautiful. And if you don't believe me you can literally ask everyone around you and they'd all give the same answer as I did. You're friendly, good humoured, and you and Troy are almost perfect. I think it's nothing less than a pleasure to see you walking around Plymouth.

No I don't xD I shave my eyebrows? But I don't have facial hair I'm afraid, a girl in my school used to bleach her excess facial hair (mustache and beard) but I think you can go to the doctors for tablet to sort out the extra hormones you may have :)
