I'm pale, my hair is naturally light brown but its bleached to light blonde at the moment, i dress sort of a weird mix of pastel/grunge and I have light bright blue eyes
by pale, what undertones is that? ie. like pinky or orange sometimes cold like purple
also depends on say acne etc
just from your eyes and "pale" I'd say like a pastelly mint but more green than blue..like sea foam.
it'd bring out your eyes without washing you out and making you look ill :)
