That's what I thought at first but like, he goes out of his way to help me and he's made all of these future plans with me. He said one day he will ask me out..
if he wanted to be with you as much as he'd says through making plans, he would be. understandably he could just be waiting for the right time but if you're anxious you should talk to him about it :)

should you be with a guy if you're not techinically dating, because he doesn't want to date you until he has gotten over his last ex, but you are pretty much a couple, like, holding hands, going to movies together having sex etc.

Im falling in love with the Lolita fashion! I was always in love with the fashion of the victorian era, but apparently thats lolita too! What advice would you give if i was to start trying the fashion? and what type of lolita do you wear mainly? ^-^
oh wow well yes! I wear Sweet Lolita but if you like the Victorian era too i'd suggest Classic Lolita it can either be still quite sweet (in picture) or closer to gothic (traditional classic: http://thumbmonkeygames.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/egl.jpg ). to start working it into your life i'd suggest just getting the foundations (bloomers, pettis, socks) but only one or two of each rather than the 5 pettis some loli's wear at once xD Have at least one pair of shoes and one purse that matches just about everything and Cutsews are very useful as they're so much more comfortable and less stuffy than button ups and you can dress them up or down! i'm not sure on the cutsews in Classic though D; Consider other fashions that have a lot of Lolita overlap such as Fairy Kei, Aristocrat, Dolly Kei, Mori girl, Victorian Goth, or even Hime-Gyaru that can add a bit of something different to your wardrobe and still mix and match it with Lolita. don't be afraid to leave out some basics if it's too hot for a blouse with a jsk - don't wear one, don't want to wear knee highs? wear ankle socks.
i'd thoroughly suggest looking at Bodyline for your first couple of items and then look at Dream of Lolita (cutieland) which is slightly more expensive but they have much better quality traditional and gothic items that I think would suit you well :) xx
