Kitchen knife on the top of my forearm. I was in a trance after my gran had beat me on the back with her crutches blaming me for my mum going missing from the hospital, I hadn't realised I had done it until afterwards. I regret it, so much.

I guess I took after my mum, she's a major influence in my life, I started self harming when I was twelve or thirteen, I knew no one else that did it, I didn't understand why she did ..until I tried it.
