🌌You get a phone call, you are offered to enter a time machine, you are asked to choose a century from the past to live in, which century would you select and why? If not and you choose to say no, why would you decline? 🌌
I would say yes. And head to Nassau in 1660.
No
Why? Because you can’t be messing with the past or the future. Things will end worse
I've actually thought about this question off and on all my life.
And I've come to the conclusion… That alas… it's this very one that I'm very happy to exist in.
Living my life totally blind… Is not particularly difficult… given the technology that has evolved with me each day.
For the most part… The only true inconvenience… Is the one put there by other people who don't know that they don't know.
200 years ago? I may have been known as the best basket weaver in town. :)
But I would've been looked upon as spastic or retarded by other people.
That is not to say… I'd love to go back 100or so years back.
Just for the chance to do some space-time continuum meddling! :-)
i would travel back in time to stop you from making this question.

I think I’d pick the 19th century, it would be fun to grow up with my grandfather and watch the industrial revolution unfold 🤗
I would go when dinosaurs walked the earth be scary but would be hella cool
I would say no becouse i dont believe in living in the past
In all honesty I’d decline. Enough movies/stories have shown the consequences of meddling with time travel. Not only that but life was hardly better to live in at any point years ago (wars, diseases etc). Maybe if it’s the future there’d be maybe some there that it could offer that present day doesn’t, but nothing is gained from the past
I am happy with my life here. I’m not sure how I would go in another period too.
Century? Probably back to the 20th century. Decade? Early 80's
