For Culexus it works a bit differently. They transform for the first time in their lives, then take off their costume, and then put on their Culexus suit. The Culexus suit will then be recognized as their new costume, and the old one will just stay there. Some Culexus just burn it as a rite of passage, others keep it as a way for others to remember them by once they're gone.

If the spirits of the GW talk to each other, then how Risa, Yuu and Kirika reacted after meeting the three stooges, considering that they are versions of a person they already know (specially in Kirika case)? And what have the stooges told to them to justify their existence?

They haven't really talked to the three stooges. They sort of know about them but the three stooges don't really talk to anyone else.

What are your thoughts on tracing? Is it okay? Are there uses for it? Or is it never a good idea?

Tracing is okay as a learning exercise, but sight-copying is better. You kind of get an idea how this or that is placed, how artists draw curves and their shortcuts.
Of course it's not okay to just blithely copy/trace stuff and then pass it off as your own. That's the one thing you have to be careful about.

Like Sayaka's super regeneration, where she can burn off tons of magic to regenerate even the most horrific of wounds/body destruction, but only works if her soul gem's intact and has enough juice in it to do so. Or creating multiple copies of yourself that you can 'jump' to once the one you're inhabiting is killed, but limited by the amount of copies you make and/or your soulgem being intact.

Hat-Chan stated that she would wish for immortality if contracted. It is possible, or there is no way for her to obtain it?

True immortality - not being able to die at all - is impossible. But there are ways that you can get something close to it.
