Was that knee surgery complications from popping his knee out when he got out of hospital after his overdose.
Not really sure to be honest... i think he wears this thing on his knee sometimes to avoid the pain just like my father and uncle did for a reslly long time after the knee surgeries they had in past...’so i do imagine he could wear it maybe for the same reasons.
