They are all Scott. It has nothing to do with not wanting someone's last name.. Marshall and Kim decided together Hailie's last name will be Scott, and Alaina's last name is Scott because she's not biologically Marshall's daughter or Kim's... She's Kim's twin sister daughter, so she is Scott since Kim and Alaina's mother was her sister...

I have respect for her too, she made tons of mistakes in her life, but she's not the only one, we all make mistakes... It's a human nature... Most important is that she understands them and tries to never make them again... I also think she's a good mother from what the girls have wrote about her those rare times.. I am not going to judge her in a negative way because I don't know her personally.
