She probably gets some child support from the town since he is seriously ill .... and probably also something for being a single mother of under 15 kid .... and idk but who knows, maybe she uses some money Marshall gives her for Whitney.... i doubt she uses all money for whitney, like she probably also uses them to live and shop food and stuff ... like many other mothers.
