I think she can normally taking care of the kids while getting help because of alchool and depression... She also probably gets help from her mother... In other cases, maybe when she gets help in a closed community, I think, like i've said already, Kim's mother takes care of the kids.. And maybe Marshall and Hailie with Alaina help too.

It's soo pathetic how when a new fanpage with rare pics appears (like haiiliesc0tt in her moment and king hailie now) all of the sudden hate messages appear too. Your life is so sad that you own a fanpahe to fullfill it

1. First of all, where her " rare " pics where? Nowhere, her only " rare " pic had deleted watermarks.
2. Since you noticed it, maybe you send them?
