Why would Whitney "love" to have a public account? What does she get out of a public account that she can't get from a private one? In otherwords, what is the benefit to her to have it public.

She wants her friends who don't have instagram being able to see her account and pics. Something they can't do when she's private.

It was a post and it is all their own choice, even tho they do post about him, really rarely, like almost never, but just posts, not pics, they never posted pics with him online and never will.

Personal reasons... She deleted the pics with Hailie long time ago, basically a couple of days after how she made her account.

Did she ever post anything about being in lollapalooza or whatever performance it was because marshall was performing?

She wasn't in lollapalooza because Marshall was there, she was there because she goes there almost every year, happened that year there was also Marshall, so it's obvious since she was there she also went to see his performance, and supported him.
She posted pics and snaps from that day. But she didn't write anything.

She didn't ask me to stop post her pics, she said she DOESN'T WANT ANY FAN PAGES post pics of her, doesn't matter if her account is public or private, she DOESN'T want fan pages to repost her pics, and i have a feeling like i am the only who respected this her decision, who deleted most pics and videos of her from my page.
