You can dye your kids hair whenever you want... There doesn't exist a " too young " for a hair dresser since it's always money for them, and unfortunately 90% of people cares about money more than about someone's hair health... In all childhood pics of Alaina and Hailie together she always has light brown hair. Even when you google the paparazzi pics of Kim picking up Hailie and Alaina from school, she has brown hair.
