Marshall actually gives her money.... she got money from their divorce, she used to get money for Hailie, Whitney and Alaina, but when Hailie and Alaina became adults he is not forced to give her money for them two anymore, even tho he still can if he only wants to, but he isn’t legally forced.... but Whitney is still under 18, and he still needs to give money for her,
