If you have HOURS to waste in your life it may be possible but the picture will be always blurry and really bad quality after that because you can clearly see there are deleted watermarks on. But only people who have no life have time for this actually, it's too much work to get a bad effect in the end... You only help fakes and ruin the picture this way.
