What makes you special?

I've always been a bit of an outsider, I've never really truly fit in with the groups and personalities of people I've met and gotten to know over the years. I would always run away with my imagination and not really stop at boundaries. That was more acceptable as a child playing but no one ever quite thought or saw the way I did and still do.
I never really had the same interests in the average everyday teen stuff like going to parties all of the time, drinking and experimenting with drugs etc. I've never wanted to do what "normal" people do in their teens instead I liked to be creative, have fun naturally (without alcohol or anything), at one point I liked to push myself out of my comfort zone and get to know people until I realised how crappy some human beings are!
I'm special in my own way because I'm quite expressive and I have conversations that might seem strange or weird to other people and I think that's what differentiates me from them because they can't understand the connection or randomness of the conversation. Sometimes it's just a case of they're used to conversations that maybe I find boring and I'm not interested in.
I'm special because the way I see and look at my surroundings, I can express in my own way and I can embrace as how I have interpreted them. I'm pretty unique because I like to pick and choose I don't go for the copy version, I take bits as inspiration and I mix it up into my own and with this way I do things I don't exactly have a label to distinctively identify myself as one style/type/persona etc. I'm just me and that's pretty special. ?✨

Needles...do you like them or absolutely most definitely and utterly hate them with a passion? (Like me xD)

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
I'm not really a fan of needles but regardless I still have to go and face them when it comes to medical tests. Although, when I get my blood taken my body decides to take control of me and I always need to lie down when getting blood taken because I'm prone to fainting even while sitting normally. It's bad enough lying down but they've discovered that the needle has to go in at a certain angle and it's to be a small needle like the butterfly one, otherwise they won't get my blood and I'm not up for them trying to get it from my hands! ??

I was at a HOSA states competition these past few days and had so much fun! Have you ever competed in anything?

I did do sports events at school but I didn't really enjoy most of them as I wasn't really interested in winning, I didn't feel like it would be an achievement or beneficial to me in any way!
I'm not really a competitive person, I'm more of a glad to get the job done as best as I could and get it out of the way kind of person, and I don't really believe winning is everything! I don't think anyone would describe me as someone who is competitive either. ??

Have you ever been a difficult/angry customer?

Quinny07x’s Profile Photo.;-kaitlian.
I don't think I have, I try to be patient because making a fuss doesn't always make the problem any easier or quicker resolved.
I have been on the other side and I had to deal with a few different difficult customers which I decided that I'd politely take the blame for one of the problems- one of the regulars in the bar I worked in had a go at me for getting his drink wrong but what I had given him was exactly what he'd asked for he then proceeded to talk to some of the other regulars in front of me bitching about me saying I was incapable of getting the correct drink and how he wasn't going to pay for it and some of his drinking buddies came up to apologise on his behalf because they knew he made a fuss over the drink he did actually ask for but I just politely took the blame saying it was my fault.
I also had to work the Christmas events on which I actually was okay with once I got the hang of it and there was a group out on a works night out that was among the tables I was serving. This table had decided to split their orders for everything which was annoying for me but I dealt with it, the older group were really nice even when totally drunk caused no problems but the younger group full of girls was where I ended up reaching my limit. They decided to keep going to the bar after I'd asked if they wanted drinks and said they hadn't been asked, one girl in particular was exceptionally rude and short tempered when I told her her shots would be ready in 2 minutes because the bar staff were going to get more glasses, which she was unhappy about and she just kept complaining and bitches about me even to another member of staff. I ended up losing my patience with the group of girls to the point the guy supervising me took me to the side to make sure I was okay and just said to let them think they're right because they weren't worth the hassle!
The customer isn't always right and it's common decency to have a bit of patience towards those who are serving you no matter the job or how easy you think their job is! If you were to really step in their shoes and see what goes on behind closed doors you might think twice about being that unhappy customer again! It really opened my eyes working in the bars and doing different events to see how abusive and crappy people can be towards those providing them services! All you need to do is appreciate that they're trying their best in the situation and have some patience so that it can be resolved with ease and quicker than you being frantically mad and the situation becoming worse!! ??

What is your favorite Classic Game(s) in Childhood? ~Staif~ (bonus , Ask me questions too)

Diedofboredom’s Profile PhotoJOsh
Probably for my favourite game in general would be Pokemon, I can sit for hours on end playing it! Time flies when playing especially when playing Pokemon because you can trade, breed and battle so there's options if you've completed the storyline but still want to play... Or you can restart the game and choose a different starter and use different Pokemon. ??
From childhood I used to play lots of board games like monopoly, snakes and ladders and Cluedo etc, I also spent time outside with my friends in the street making up games from imagination or we'd make up games involving balls, stones and grass! I think I had a lot of fun back then just being able to play and make things up as we went along! ?

Oh damn I'm sorry to hear that mate but I'm positive that you'll find a better one ?

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
It's cool I got experience and despite being silently shuffled out and a few issues I met some really nice people and I proved to myself that there's things I am capable of which I entirely doubted in myself! So I'm pretty proud and chuffed with my own experience! ??

Give us a list of all the best things about your job and then another list of all the bad things

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
Uhm I can't... They kind of shuffled me out the door without informing me I just didn't bother putting any time or effort into contact them after I took the hint! I wasted time texting my manager quite a lot actually asking if she could let me know when I was next in etc and I never got a reply once. They then tried to say she was in hospital which she wasn't because I saw her at the time they were trying to say she was unavailable for contacting! Doesn't matter much now, they paid me £66.60 for 12.5 hours of work that I never did and sent me my P45 and P60, so when I finish college I'm going to hopefully get another job! ?✨

That is a really cool vase bud, very impressed ?

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
It was a miracle really there was things I didn't like about it along the way... Some of the clay dried at different times which created weak points, I tried to fix it but I managed to come up with the idea of putting a decal (transferable image) onto that part and have it represent a certain importance.
When firing the base in the kiln I was super shocked because when we checked the kiln some of the other people in my class, theirs exploded or were quite damaged but mine stood in the middle untouched... That's why it's the miracle vase! My gran and grampa have it and any time someone walks in they're off showing them the vase. ??

Your mission, should you choose to accept it is post the most influential piece of art that you've created ?

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
I don't think I've made anything influential more like sentimental! ?? I'm all about sentimentality and one of my favourite sculptures I did was a vase which I dedicated to my gran. My project was 'Who are you?' so I looked at it from a family background perspective and focused on her because she is and will always be a huge inspiration. She was like a second mother to me when my parents were at work I'd go to my gran and grampas house and they've just always had a huge influence on me. I cried A LOT when doing a presentation which I didn't expect at all, I think because the severity of how personal it was for me and my family (due to what she's been through in the last 4/5 years). Family is such an important thing to me so I was really emotional the whole way through my project! The design and images that are on the vase came from bits in my sketchbook and have a certain importance for being there!

Have You Ever Got Stung By A Stinging Nettle Plant?.exe

I did my Duke of Edinburgh Award (I think it was the bronze... Or was it the silver?) and for this award you go out camping and are left to read the map to find check points to get to the end destination and of course there's other parts of the award to do... But when we went on the camping trip I needed the loo and my choice was to pee with the view of a creepy wee house (wasn't sure if it was vacant or not) or to go behind some bushes... which I did and ended up being stung by so many nettles all over my legs - it was painful to say the least! ?

Do you know any first aid?

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
I took an extra first aid course at school but unfortunately the class was too small to register and get a certificate to prove we could do first aid! ? All I can say is I can save someone from choking, but the strength I have when hitting someone's back is too strong that even my teacher said I'd break someone's ribs. ??

I am fine thank you, was a bit concerned as to why you were quiet for a while but I'm glad to see everything is great bud ?

ianbushell355’s Profile PhotoIan
Yeah I'm good was just chilling out, I think this year I've had a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety so I took the two weeks to chill out, get the sleep I've missed out on and just enjoy the days as they went by! ??

Is the annual Notting Hill Carnival basically a Black show of strength? A show of strength to just the indigenous British what Britain will soon be like once they take over.

I have no idea what that even is?

What are some things you want to achieve in your life?

I think because I'm quite family orientated, having a family of my own would be a special achievement. Also becoming more independent, getting another job after I finish college in June, and doing things I enjoy are all achievements I'd like to gain. ??
