Is "mentally stable" the same as "mentally healthy"? Why or why not?

No. I think mentally stable is having it under control or contained. So you can have a mental illness, but be stable at the same time.
Mentally healthy to me, means having no significant issues. Or nothing that can affect ones life quality - mentally.

I like cake that isn't too sweet or dry. So, cheesecake or tiramisu. Something like that. I don't like cake that has layers and layers of thick dough. Creamy>dry 😃

Frustration for sure. I have no patience! For anything! Ask.fm has been annoying me so much. This is so unbearable.
Every time I open ask and it opens with black or white screen, it makes me so angry and frustrated.
I generally don't feel happy. I have a strong feeling that I might actually have depress1on for a couple of years now. So it's mostly anger, and extreme sadness. No happiness. I don't laugh anymore.

What's some kind of "math" you encounter in your life? In Sweden, for example, our math looks like: If only seats next to someone on the bus or train are left, then it's full ➗🇸🇪

As a Latvian, everything that involves touching or being near people is something we don't want to do!
For example. Those who leave the CROWDED store have the right to exit the door FIRST. Those who are coming in should wait! Some idi0ts don't get it.
Take public transport as an example, when it's full of people and everyone tries to get in, instead of letting those who want to get out through. Moro.ns.
Same with sitting next to someone! We don't want that either. 😆
If I'm waiting in a queue and I have to sit between two people, I'd rather sit on the floor.
I'll choose to order the food from a device rather than standing in front of someone and letting them know that I have no clue what to order.
Public toilet! 🤢 if the toilet has even the slightest drop of someone's piss on it or a 💩 mark, I'd just rather piss in my pants. Thanks!

I have a galaxy watch, but I rarely ever wear it since I'm at home, I wore it every day when I had to work.
I don't know which one, I don't remember but besides of it needing to be charged every other day, it's pretty much like a tiny android phone. I used to watch youtube on it. 😆 it also has EKG (which I needed).
