I want to lose weight, but my persistence is not strong so what should I do please😔
You can find something, or someone that can motivate you. I was 169lbs a couple years back. That’s heavy when you’re only 5’3. I found motivation to lose weight when I wanted to buy both a skateboard and a pogo stick. You have to be around 180lbs to 200lbs in order to ride a skateboard without breaking it. You have to be around 150lbs to 200lbs in order to bounce on a pogo stick without breaking it. Yes I was in that range to use those things, but I still wanted to lose weight. I’m not trying to be rude, but I also saw really heavy people and didn’t want to get big like that. My niece is one of them. She’s over 300lbs and only 5’4. She technically motivated me to not get as big as her, or even bigger. I’m not trying to be rude about her weight, or anything, but it worked. Now I’m down to 148lbs, but I want to lose more. At least to 130lbs and balance out right there. But that’s how I lost the weight. It was hard, but I kept looking at the pictures of the skateboard and the pogo stick and also looking at my niece.
