Yes, and I kinda did and didn't do it. Twice I moved to a different state where I only knew the woman I was dating.

That's not what I remember. HAL made a mistake, which led Dave and Frank think he needed to be turned of, so HAL killed the crew instead. Kubrick said "In the specific case of HAL, he had an acute emotional crisis because he could not accept evidence of his own fallibility."

How do you get rid of hiccups?
Take as much air into your lungs as possible and hold it for 15 seconds. At the end of that time, without exhaling, try to suck in even more air and hold it for another 10 seconds, and then do that one more time and hold for a last 10 seconds before exhaling. This is the only method that showed significant positive results in a study I saw on this a few years ago.

Nothing with any regularity. I listen to a lot of YouTube videos that way though.

Other than personal experiences, I don't know that I know anything that at least one other person doesn't know. I know lots of things that most people don't know, however.
