Many things can help rraching that i think on top of them all is Mindfulness; its an important key towards control .. train ur brain to be more mindful as the more u can be aware of ur own body and emotions the easier u will break negative loops .. I think also one of the important hacks one need to learn to deal with life is to know how to be (disagreeable) if need be; sooner or later u will be pushed around and the trickiest part is when u r pushed around by ur ownself ..
