Aslamoalikum Murabbi Sahib, What is the proper way to preform Salatut-Tasbih step by step. I read the discription for it but I am confused with how the prayer that has to be recited is recited 75 times in one rakaat to total 300 in 4 rakaats. JazakAllah

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! The steps for Salatut Tasbih are mentioned on page 215 of Fiqah Ahmadiyya. You can read about it there. A brief gist is as follows:
1. It can be offered daily, weekly, or once in a lifetime.
2. It's a voluntary prayer
3. It consists of 4 Rak'aat
4. In every Rak'at, after reciting Surah Fatiha and a portion of the Quran, one should recite the following 15 times: SUBHAAN-ALLAHI WAL-HAMDOLILLAHI WA LAA ILAAHA IL-ALLAHO WALLAHO AKBAR
5. Then, the same line above should be recited in every Rukoo' 10 times (after the normal recitations).
6. Then, after getting up from Rukoo', the above line should be recited (after the normal recitations) 10 times
7. Then, in every Sajdah after the normal recitations.
8. Then, in between the Sajdahs after the normal recitations.
9. At the end of each Rak'at (after the second Sajdah), the above line should be recited 10 times while sitting (before getting up for the next Rak'at).
In this way, the above line will be recited 75 times in every Rak'at, a total of 300 times in 4 Rak'aat.

Why is Islam/Qur'an so easily interpreted in a violent way like ISIS?

This question is incorrect. Interpretation is something that we are doing all the time. The words you are reading right now are also being interpreted in unique ways. Any piece of text that we read is interpreted by us in a unique way.
When a person wants to interpret something in a negative way, it does not matter what words are in front of him or her. He/she will do it anyways. So, if the Quran commands believers to pursue piece and that there is "no compulsion in religion" (2:257), it does not matter to the distorted mind of a terrorist or extremist. He/she will find a way to reinterpret or distort clear-cut statements. Same is true for the Vedas, Guru Granth sahib, or any other religious text.

re. to the hoor question: JazakAllah for your answer however i was unable to understand the 2nd video (with Khalifa rabe). Could you please explain it?

Please be more specific? Are you referring to the entire video? I had given a gist of what he said in my answer.

Assalamo alaikum murabbi sahib. I apologize if my question is inappropriate, but is oral allowed in Islam? If both husband and wife agree.

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! The Quran and Hadith do not state anything about it in direct terms. However, believers are told to stay away from all things that are vain, unnatural and those which can harm them.
Check this out for instance: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/261453.php
The verse of the Quran that forbids unnatural forms of sexual intercourse is as follows:
[2:224] Your wives are a tilth for you; so approach your tilth when and how you like and send ahead some good for yourselves; and fear Allah and know that you shall meet Him; and give good tidings to those who obey.
Hazrat Musleh Mau'ud (ra) has noted that sending ahead "some good for yourselves" means that men and women are only allowed to have natural intercourse and avoid all unnatural forms. See the English commentary here:

One line For the most important person in your life??

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa) - what he did on the day of the Victory of Mecca is unparalleled in history.

Aoa, does Canada Jamat have couple counselling before Nikah? If yes, what happens during this session and is there only male representatives there? Does the couple have to show up together and talk to each other?

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! Yes, it's called "pre-marital counselling". It involves the bride-to-be and groom-to-be and their parents. The basics of marriage in Islam are discussed and all aspects (cultural and religious) are openly discussed. Each side is also asked about their expectations in terms of Haq mehr, dowry, etc. so that there are no outstanding issues prior to marriage.
They are allowed to talk to each other as well in front of the person who is conducting the session. The person conducting the session is usually a Murabbi.

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! Yes, I am now serving Ottawa Jama'at. I also enjoyed my time in Peace Village/Vaughan and understood my position as Imam as a matter of great honour and privilege for myself. I cannot thank Allah enough for enabling me to serve the Jama'at in Peace Village. Please pray that Allah enables me to continue to serve whichever place He desires in the BEST possible manner. Aoa. I've been doing istikhara for a rishta that was proposed and I have a very good feeling about it. I haven't been having any bad dreams or feelings as was w/ past proposals. Should I discontinue istikhara or not? Please respond asap. Jazaka'Allah

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! Istikhara can be done for only one night or 3 nights or 7 nights.

Have you ever heard of Muslims observing Sabbath? ... I found an online community of some muslim group who integrate jewish traditions in their faith. Is this allowed and if so how would one go about observing sabbath?

Observing the rituals and traditions of other faiths is not Islamic especially if those rituals and traditions have roots in any form of shirk. It is true that the Sabbath does not have any roots in shirk that I know of but Allah has replaced the Sabbath with Jumu'ah in Islam. Since the previous teaching has been replaced with a new, final teaching, we should follow that instead of observing past teachings.

Assalamo alaikum. Compared to the rest of my family, my nose is quite big and bent from breaking when I was young. I look very ugly and my family members are so gorgeous. I hate how ugly I feel and look all the time. Does Islam allow plastic surgery? I know its a shallow problem but please help.

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! True beauty is in the heart, not in our appearances.
The Holy Prophet (sa) is reported to have said that Allah does not look at our physical beauty. Instead, He looks upon our hearts.
https://sunnah.com/riyadussaliheen/1/7
So, you should worry about your spiritual beauty instead of your appearance. Plastic surgery has incredible amounts of dangers. Unless absolutely necessary for something that can affect your health or harm you physically, it is strongly not recommended.

Aoa! how is istikhara prayer done? (specifically for rishtas). i kno theres the prayer in the religious knowdlge book but what if you dont have it memorized? are there different ways of doing istikhara prayer? nd how do u know if God has answered?can i pray for a dream to make decision easier/clear?

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! If you don't have it memorized, I suggest that you should try and get it memorized. The way described in the religious knowledge book is based on sunnah and that is the best way.
"Shara Sadr" is what we are looking for, roughly translated as contentment of the heart. What you want is for you to be content in your heart regarding the decision you take. If you feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied, it is an indication that it's not the right decision.
Seeing a dream/vision can assist in making you feel content with a decision but we cannot make it a condition for Allah to fulfill. It is up to Allah if He shows us a dream or not.

Assalamo alaikum, how do I find the purpose of my life? I don't know what I'm doing even though I am about to graduate from university.

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām! I suggest that you start reading the Holy Quran with short commentary and books of the Promised Messiah (as). Start with The Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam. It's a great resource.

So men get twice as much inheritance as women because they're responsible for their family and women aren't, and that sounds fair, but what about women who aren't married. They have to provide for themselves but they still get half the inheritance of men. Doesn't seem fair, does it?

If the woman is the only inheritor then she gets a larger portion of the inheritance according to Islamic law. If she is unmarried, that means she is still under the care of her family. Her brothers have to provide for her. If she doesn't have any brothers, then she gets a much larger portion of the inheritance. If it still isn't enough and there is no means for her to marry, then the government should provide for her, according to Islamic law.
You see, this whole scenario has to be understood in the context of a functioning Islamic society. Islam has placed safeguards at every level. So, in this case, Islamic law requires that the woman is provided for, from the Zakaat funds. Not a single person in an Islamic government should go to bed hungry at night. That sounds utopian but if the system is followed it is achievable.

I love this girl she was Ahmadi. Her mom believes in someone else which caused them to get kicked out of the jamat, but her herself doesn't believe in this man and wants to get back to ahamdyyat she is already trying to convert back the problem is my family does not approve this rishta. Is this right

Assalāmo 'Alaikum! I know very little about your situation. I recommend listening to your parents. Our parents have the best knowledge about our situations and such matters should be left up to them. It is only when they tell us to do anything that is against the Shariah that we are allowed to disobey. However, in all other matters, we should obey our parents.

What is the punishment for people who hurt others and backbite?

These are sins. It is Allah's discretion to forgive sins if He sees His servant asking for forgiveness and repenting sincerely.
What we should be concerned about is how to seek forgiveness for evil actions, not what the punishment is. Whatever is Allah's punishment, it is so severe that humans cannot bear it. So, we should ask about how to get forgiveness from Allah.

Salam so there was this rishta proposal but the mother wants to get her son married in the family but he doesn’t want that. I want to marry this person in question and I have tried forgetting about him but I can’t. What can I do in this situation?

Assalāmo 'Alaikum! You can speak to your parents and ask them to speak to the boy's parents.

I see your point, but when white people do commit acts of terror, they are labeled as terrorists, for example the IRA (Irish Republican Army). An act of terror must have some sort of ideological push for change, thats why the terrorist commits it.

Almost every act of mass murder that is committed has some ideological basis. It is true that in the case of the LA shooter they are yet to find an ideological motive. However, in most cases they do find that motive, religious or political, etc.

A large body of people could be afraid or terrorized by birds, does that make the bird a terrorist? There must be a line to define what is mass murder/ serial killings and what terrorism is. I think Muslims shouldn't be pushing the media to label something as terrorism when it isnt.

"Terrorized by a bird" - that's a hypothetical situation. Burden of proof is on you. We are talking about humans terrorizing other humans. How you distinguish the terror caused by mass murder and one where a Muslim-sounding person is involved is for you to explain. I personally do not see much distinction.

but, for now, no evidence suggests the Vegas shooter had any ideological or political motive. The question is that should we push the media to label a shooting as terrorism when is clearly isn't? Are all serial killers/ murderers terrorists?

I do think that it should be considered an act of terror. What is an act of terror after all? When a large body of people become afraid or terrified, isn't it? So, any act that terrorizes a large number of people should be called terrorism. A serial killer can also become a "terrorist" if he commits a series of crimes in a vicinity without getting caught. It depends on the context. But a mass shooter is definitely a terrorist because he is able to cause a large body of people to be hurt and terrified within a matter of minutes.
The reason why we should be calling terrorism what it is, is because the same is being done by a suicide bomber or anybody else who is supposedly "acting in the name of Islam". If a person commits a mass shooting and is a Muslim, that cannot be singled out as terrorism.
This is because at the root level, the causes are the same: mental disorder, domestic issues, societal issues, etc. Religiosity actually lessens the chance of a person committing such a crime.

Assalamo Alaikum, I think it is important for Ahmadi's to be on the same page when it comes to defining terrorism, what is out stance on the Vegas shooting, was it an act of terror? The dictionary definition of terrorism is to commit an act of violence to achieve a political aim

Wa 'Alaikum As-Salām!
Continued.

AOA can you please answer my question about the hoor ul ayn that i sent jazakAllah
