Is happiness a delusion? Is happiness only real when shared? Why or why not?

xMoralCompass’s Profile Photoshe writes.
Happiness can be a delusion and I think that is the worst tragedy anyone can cane ever experience — if you're unhappy you have to fight and break free of those binds. But mostly, I think happiness is mad and beautiful at the same time, it is fantastic when shared but incredible and ethereal when the source is unexpected.
Where was I going with this? I had a point...
Uhm, happiness is always real and it's all around, it comes from everywhere and everything and it eminates from everyone all the time — it just reveals itself in different ways. Happiness is a journey and it doesn't always appear in a smile. Sometimes it's a dream.
Happiness is /always/ real and better when shared. That's what I believe.
