In the U.K. it’s a criminal offence to deny the Holocaust or saying anything anti Semitic, my family is of Jewish origin but I don’t agree with that at all, I don’t think you should spend time in prison for free speech as it’s undemocratic, do you agree?

In the past , whomever I was living with always took the initiative & I always got in the spirit & enthusiastically got stuck in ; it really creates warm happy feelings , especially at THIS TIME OF YEAR . . .
Since I was on my own with my kids , my youngest , Ben , was the chief instigator ~ the life & soul of any party . . . house was always swarming with happy kids ~
Not much point now.

My grandparents used to have a German Shepherd (yours was this breed too, right?) as well, but she died like 4 years ago.

Yes , she was . . . . she was a 'rescue dog' ; I'm pretty certain she had been ill-treated .
Got Gem @ 8 weeks , august 2003 ; got Taz @ unknown age May 2006 ~ ~ Taz died of a suspected stroke Dec, 2010 ; Gem is still with us , 14 years 6 months . . . . looking old now ~
