How to motivate myself to wear hijab?

The assumption: I need to be motivated to (wear hijab) or insert any act of worship, is a self defeating hypothesis.
Worship, in its very definition, means to put the Worshipped first before one's own, and to serve Him with humility and submission.
God is the Master, we are servants. When He calls us to pray, we pray on the time He commanded, not the time of our choosing.
That is why, throughout the Quran, patience is linked with worship twice as many times as gratitude or love.
Some of the salaf famously said: I struggled to pray Qiyam for twenty years, then I enjoyed it for twenty other years.
We are all weak and sinful, but waiting for "the right moment" to be better is one of the devil's oldest tricks.
Imam al-Shafi'ī - may Allah be pleased with him - said: Walk towards Allāh, albeit with crutches and casts; for if you wait for full recovery, you'll wait a waste.
May Allāh open doors of Khair and Barakah, may He pull you honorably nearer to Him, and grant your heart steadfastness from the tricks of the Devil.

How is that portraying men as psychotic creatures? The question is valid because it's a real problem that affects quite a few couples. And it is not uncommon to see people claiming women can't have careers

Well if the husband all of the sudden flipped on this major part of their life, he may need mental help.
If this is an issue that was never discussed before marriage and "suddenly" pops up, then that tells me there might be other major issues with the marriage that would require couple's counseling.
Ultimately, a Muslim wife has a religious obligation to obey her husband. If she feels he's abusive, she should seek help, either from an Imam or family.

لا حرج على النساء الشراء وقت الجمعة.

If it was an orgasmic shiver (with pleasure), then you'll need to do ghusl and redo prayers since that event.
If it was a shiver like entering a cold shower, that's adrenaline rush, your body is not expecting you to do this, consider it a warning sign to stop.

Well, Islam is a holistic religion and way of life. God said to Abraham, peace and blessings upon him:
"Say 'truly, my prayer, my ritual, my life and my death are all for the sake of God; the Lord of the Worlds; there's no partner to Him. To that I have been commanded, and I am the first of those who submit to God'."
So as you start learning more about your new religion, you'll gradually readjust your habits and life style. The first adjustment is the five daily prayers, which will likely readjust your sleep and daytime activities.
Then as you'll learn more, you'll discover that some things you need to change how you do them, some things you need to stop doing them and some things you'll need to start doing them.
It's a journey of putting your submission and sincerity to God Almighty at every turn of the remainder of your life.
But hey, don't get too overwhelmed. The key is to take it one step at a time.

I often get this question repeatedly. I don't know if it's by the same asker or not, but why are men often portrayed as psychotic creatures who will suddenly flip at a moment?!

What about the woman who wears hijab but gets raped at night when she went out alone?

The cause of harm is in the rapist, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.
The Prophet - peace be upon him - said: "When a woman walks out of her house, the devils ˹roll out the carpets to˺ make her attractive"
A Muslim woman is obliged to be modest in public, and to be vigilant at all times, not walk alone at night or in unsafe areas, regardless there's an imminent theat or not.

The answer depends on the purpose of the building.
If you're building a highschool, then it is permissible, even if some kids will gamble or deal drugs in the school yard.
If you're building an events hall that can be used in permissible events sometimes and impermissible purposes sometimes like gambling, then you're not at blame, and you can still build it.
If you're building a mall, a hotel or a resort that some of its premises will be rented to prohibited uses and other for permissible users, then it is still permissible to build it.
If you're building something that you know - certainly - will be used - primary - for prohibited purposes, such as selling weapons, gambling, liquor or pork products, then this is a prohibited act.
God said: "Aid one another towards the common good and righteousness, and aid not one another towards vice and aggression."

اكمل دراسه ولا لا لاني عامية وما عندي فكرة اذا هم صح ولا لا تقرر علينا بالجامعه

أغلب مسائل العقيدة عند أهل السنة متفق عليها بين والأشاعرة والماتريدية وأهل الحديث والحنابلة.
ودراسة العقيدة على "بعض" الأشاعرة عندي خير من دراستها على "بعض" السلفيين. فالأمر يعود في مجمله للمعلم.
المعلم الذي يحرف الكلام ويكذب ويسخر ويجهل ويخترع قصصا مكذوبة على الطرف الآخر، هذا النوع موجود في كل الأطياف فاحذريه
أما المعلم المنصف، الذي يفرق بين المعاصرين وتعصبهم وبين عقيدة المتقدمين وانصافهم، ويعلم الطلبة تعظيم السلف، فتعلمي على يديه سواء كان أشعريا أو غيره.
