قال الإمام النووي:

"فالحاصل : أن كل ما يسمى سفرا تنهى عنه المرأة بغير زوج أو محرم، سواء كان ثلاثة أيام أو يومين أو يوما أو غير ذلك"

Also answering someone with "once you get married" etc without knowing her circumstances is just plain amateurish. Something you'd expect from a 19-year old self-proclaimed salafi. You also previously claimed things are "prohibited in all 4 madhahib" without knowing enough. Stay in your lane please.

I'm neither 19 year old nor claim to be Salafi.

Please bring me only one reference to one thing I've said it was prohibited in the 4 mathaahib and it wasn't.

Sheikh ul Islam ibn taymiyyah permitted necessities such as traveling to learn from a teacher, get treated by a doctor or seek counsel from a judge. And all acts of worship such as visiting family etc.

By consensus? But you once said there was a different opinion adopted by ibn Taymiyah and if someone follows it we have do accept it

Ibn taymiyyah himself stated that no one should follow him and abandon the consensus of the four scholars before him.

Anyway, he is the only one who permitted any acts of worship beyond Hajj and Umrah. All the four mathaahib restricted it to Hajj, Umrah and emigration from non Muslim lands to Muslim lands. And that's it.

It is, as indicated in many Hadeeths.

The Prophet said "Zamzam is a nutritious drink and a healthy cure for the sick"
Also "Zamzam is [an aid] for whatever [intention] it is drank."

Meaning: someone drinks it with the intention to be stronger and healthier, they'll get it, and if they drink it to be more pious and righteouss, they get it.

Imam Alshafi'i said: "I drank Zamzam for the intention of gaining knowledge (and he became indeed the most knowledgeable scholar of his time). I wish I drank it for the intention of righteousness. (But he only knew that after learning!)"

قال المتطهرين ولم يقل الطاهرين.
فالمرأة الحائض التي تحرص على أحكام الطهارة مثل أن تتجنب مس المصحف ودخول المسجد فهي من المتطهرات، وإن لم تكن على طهارة.

They are heavyweights in many disciplines of Islam.

But when it comes to Fiqh, they are practically worthless. They defy unanimous decisions of the companions of the Prophet because of their weak training in Fiqh.

Imam athahabi (Shafi'i) and Ibn Rajab (Hanbali) both stated that it is prohibited for a Muslim to follow scholars like ibn hazm in matters of Fiqh. Ibn Rajab has an excellent short treatise titled "The Refutation of Those who Do not follow one of the Four Schools". It's already translated to English and it's a good short read.

Assalamualaikum, What the rulings/limits concerning men worrying about their physical fitness? Is it recommended to frequent the gym, have an exercise routine, try to build muscle, take protein, etc... What about people who constantly look in the mirror to see their progress?

Every man is _required_ to gain enough strength to defeat a potential enemy.

Building muscle is essential
But without also building mental responsiveness and awareness training, muscles are useless.

And without a strong faith and a brave heart, this is also useless.

The Prophet said: "A strong believer is more beloved to Allāh than a weak one. There's goodness in both, nonetheless"

Also what is the ruling and/or Islamic perspective/advice regarding eating too much, eating junk food etc... I’ve heard that in Islam we should eat just enough to keep ourselves going but how do you know when that is?

Allah prohibited extravagance.

Any need that exceeds its normal amounts becomes makrūh, or discouraged. If it exceeds significantly to a harmful level then it is prohibited.

This includes what scholars of Tasawwuf call the four drainers of the heart: sleeping, eating, talking and sexual intercourse.

A Muslim's life should be in moderation around everything.
