Rulling on selling womens underwear and pyjamas but using images of their bodies to show what it looks like when it's fit on? (online store)? If its not allowed to use human body images of the bodyparts how about the clothes on mannequins?

She can't ask men in her family because they are not familiar with the custom of Mahr. The Imam said it is up to the woman to choose, the fiancé already has given her thousands of dollars before the nikah for paying off her debts, and more, what advice can you offer in this situation?

Assalamu alaykum was rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. Regarding the du'aa before intercourse, is it supposed to be said prior to the foreplay between spouses? Or is it said when the man is about to enter the woman (ie both are unclothed)?

Before intercourse. It should be said by both the man and the woman.

Asalam walaiykum, is it permissible for a woman to pluck stray hairs around her eyebrows (not shaping or lining it), especially if the woman feels ugly? Shukran.

Alaikum Assalam,
My dear sister,
That feeling of ugliness will not be fixed by a few hairs. That feeling will only go away when you know you are beautiful in the eyes of Allah. If you attain that noble rank of true servanthood to the Almighty, then nothing can shake your self confidence.
As to plucking for single women? It is unanimously prohibited, unless the eyebrows have reached an abnormal level (e.g. a unibrow), in that case, it's permitted to remove what's abnormal, preferably by other means than plucking, such as waxing or laser. It is safest to stay away from the hadeeth of the Prophet: "May the curse of God be upon the woman who plucks for others, and the woman who seeks plucking,..."
If you're married and your husband asked you? The majority of scholars say yes, it's permissible. For the hadeeth of Aisha in that regards.

My mosque decided that the madrasah children be sat down now & again to talk to them casually about Islam and what it means to be a Muslim and to have pride and confidence in their faith. Also to address gender issues etc. Was wondering if you would also recommend us a comprehensive aqidah book also

Children don't learn their faith from books. Read them stories from the Prophet, and stories of the companions, especially those who were young in the life of the Prophet, and their contributions.

Why do we make tawaf around Ka'ba? Is it to demonstrate the unity of the believers in the worship of the 1 God? And walking back and forth between Safa/Marwa; what's the purpose of that? I'm trying to explain Umrah to someone, but I want to be clear about why we perform these acts. JazakAllah khair

We do it because God commanded us to do so. If He commanded us to run, we run, and if He commanded us to walk, we walk.
That's all what you need to explain to them at a beginner stage.

الكفارة إطعام عشرة مساكين
كل مسكين كيلو ونص من التمر أو الأرز أو العدس
من نفس جودة الطعام التي تشتريها لنفسك
أو كسوتهم
يعني شراء ملابس لهم من نفس جودة ملابسك
أو تحرير رقبة
فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلاثة أيام
متتالية
ولا يجزئ إخراج بدلها نقودا للمسجد أو غيره.

I work with men and I can tell some of them do really like my company. Now we have a business trip abroad, should I go? I really want to but I'm hesitant.

First and foremost, It is prohibited for Muslim women to travel alone without a male guardian. The Messenger of God said: "No woman who believes in God and the Final Day is permitted to travel a day long trip without a male guardian." Some scholars have exceptions to travels for acts of goodness such as pilgrimage or visiting parents, if the journey and the company are safe. Clearly this isn't a safe company for your trip. Therefore it is not permissible for you to join them.
And this work environment might be unsafe for you, if the shaytan lures any of these men to take an inappropriate step. The Messenger of God said: Any woman as she leaves her home, the devil will be the first to accompany her (by making her more beautiful and desirable in the eyes of men she meets)
I suggest you request to move to another department or find another work.

Suitors will come when Allah wills, the question is whether you'll be ready then.
Prepare yourself (your Deen, character, skills and knowledge) for marriage. Most wives wish they can go back in time to improve themselves, because after marriage there's hardly any time for self development.

On a similar note, islamically is it permissable to debate and conjecture regarding Islamic concepts that we don't know about? Eg. The wisdom behind a certain ruling or event that we were forwarned about. Or are we meant to admit ignorance and ask someone more learned?

Those debates are only for those who are certain of the knowledge they debate about.

كلام الفقهاء يتجه أنه ليس عليك كفارة
وأهل التزكية سيخبرونك أنك حنثت بمجرد النية، وعليك الكفارة.
نصيحتي أن المناسب لك يعتمد على العمل، إن كان حلال، وحلفت أن لا تفعله من باب الاختيار
والان تريد فعله، فلا بأس في تغيير قرارك، وكفّر عن يمينك.
أما إن كان الفعل حراما، وكنت اقسمت على نفسك من باب التأديب، فاحفظ يمينك، واستغفر الله، وتب إليه، واحمده أنه منعك من ارتكابه، وهذا دليل عظيم على حفظ الله لك وحبه لك وصيانته لقلبك من الحرام.

ايه ده فعلا امريكا ممارسة الشعائر فيها سهلة؟.؟ و مافيهاش اطهاد؟؟ و البنات تقدر تلبس خمار عادي؟؟

نعم، أمريكا كبيرة جدا، بحجم الوطن العربي تقريبا، وليس حال المسلمين في ولايات الحزام الصليبي، مثل حال المسلمين في ولايات الساحل الأطلسي أو الهادي، مثلا.
كنت قبل اسبوع في تكساس، في مؤتمر أئمة شمال أمريكا السادس عشر، والتقيت بأكثر من ٥٠٠ إمام، كلهم في حال ممتازة، ووضعهم، وإن لم يكونوا بنفس الأمان والحرية التي يعيشها المسلمون في كندا، إلا أنه أفضل حالا من كثير من الدول العربية، حقيقة لا مبالغة.
والمسلمون في أمريكا الشمالية أفضل حالا بكثير من حال المسلمين في أغلب الدول الأوروبية.

يعني ما ينفعش انوي في نفس اليوم؟

يجوز عندنا بشروط
- أن يكون الصيام نافلة (لا فرضا ولا قضاء )
- أن لم تكن أتيت بأي مبطل من مبطلات الصوم كالأكل والشرب والتدخين والجماع إلخ، ولو ناسيا، قبل الشروع بنية الصيام، بخلاف بعد الشروع.
مثلا الساعة ٩ صباحا قررت تصوم نافلة:
- ولم تفطر بعد = يصح.
- وقد افطرت = لا يصح
- لم تفطر قبل ٩، ثم نويت، ثم أكلت ناسيا = أكمل صيامك وهو صحيح.

ذهب محتفظه بيه للمناسبات هل فيه زكاة ؟ وفضة اعطتها لجارتها حتى تتزين به من فترة طويلة؟ هل فيه زكاة

لا زكاة في الحلي إلا ما كان للإستثمار.
