إذا الدين باقي معك كله حتى العام القادم
فعليك ١٥٠٠٠ جنيه عند نهاية الحول.

إذا عليك أن تعيد جزءا من المال إلى الوالد هذا العام، فتحسب الزكاة كأنك لا تملكه.

مثلا إذا ملزم أنك تعيد ٥٠ ألف هذا العام فتحسب ٦٠٠ ك - ٥٠ ك = ٤٥٠ ك × ٢.٥٪ = ١١٢٥٠ جنيها

يجوز لها نعم، لكن ليس في الشرع شيء اسمه تترك العبادات بالكلية: تارك العبادة بالكلية كافر.

وإنما هي تعبد الله في طهرها بالصلاة والصوم والقرآن وسائر العبادات. وفي حيضها تعبد الله بالامتناع عن الصلاة والصوم والقرآن، وتمارس سائر العبادات الأخرى من الذكر والدعاء وطاعة الزوج والوالدين وصلة الرحم، والامتناع عن الغيبة والنميمة والكذب والغش، كل هذه عبادات.

Alaikum assalam,

All praise is due to God alone.

This is a very early phase to make a final verdict, as the first phase has just been launched. As this system gains more maturity, it would become important to revisit the rulings associated to it.

The Staking contract is basically a partnership contract, where you can enter as a full partner or pool with many sub partners to make a full one. To enter as a full staker, that requires 32 ETH initial investment (~$50,000 USD in today's price). Your job will be required to validate the transactions on the Eth network until all nodes reach consensus. Every time a consensus is reached, an award is distributed to all stakers according to the effort they put in making sure the network is secure. The vote is weighted by the amount of Etherium you have invested. Unlike the current fiat financial system, the power of wealth is linearly (not exponentially) proportional to the wealth itself. Meaning, 32 people who own 1 ETH each are exactly as 'powerful' in their vote to validate the network as one person who owns all 32 ETH. The required investment for a full validator of 32 ETH is said to only go down later in the future as the system has more validators. This is a good attempt to slow down wealth inequality in the Ethosystem.

Based on the public information available to date regarding Proof-of-Stake (PoS) and Proof-of-Work (PoW) contracts within the Etherium network, it appears to me that:

1. Both PoS and PoW contracts appear to be Sharia compliant. It is therefore permissible to enter into these contracts, with the common sense condition that only those who know the market and its risks should enter.

2. As these initial investments are used entirely to secure the network, it appears to me that the initial investment is Zakat exempt. Any dividends (rewards) coming are Zakatable (2.5% of rewards annually).

And God knows better.

There's several letters in the Quran where the Prophet recited them once and didn't at lower tones. When Uthman compiled the Quran, he couldn't write the two words in one word in the same muṣḥaf, so he wrote the main one in the Quraishi alphabet, which is the most articulate, then he wrote five copies to be sent to other regions. He spread those letters to each region.

The سارعوا without و was in two copies, the Madinah and the Sham. Therefore, عم which is the shatibi abbreviation for the two Madinah narrators (Nafi', Abu Ja'far) and the Shami (Ibn Amir) all narrated with سارعوا
Everyone else in Mecca, Kufa, Basra and Yemen recited it as وسارعوا

Yes. It is prohibited to utter curse words, even if you are alone.

The Prophet said: one's faith isn't complete until their heart is clean. And one's heart isn't clean until their tongue is clean.

He also said: A Muslim ought not be swearing, cursing, obscene or dirty mouthed.

This is for men. As to women, it is a much more severe prohibition. First because it goes in direct contradiction to a woman's natural instinct to be modest. Secondly, because Allāh made explicit prohibitions to even the slightest acts of immodesty around stranger men, such as using a soft voice (in an attractive fashion) while speaking, or wearing anklets under her garment that would make a jingle sound while she walks.

It was a horrific - and quite traumatic - experience for me to hear Muslim hijabi women, who volunteered in Islamic organizations, who attended Quran classes, utter with such obscenities around men without shame.

I don't know. I think it's 100 for admissions to the whole diploma (one time only) then you pay like $45 per credit hour or so, depending on your enrôlement and financial aid.

لا، تجلسي إلا باشتراط هذا مقدما. إذا كان هذا الموضوع مفصليا بالنسبة لك، قولي له: تتقدم بشرط تترك أمريكا، فإن وافق وإلا لا تجلسي من الأول.

كلا منهما الان تريد ان تأخد الشقه و كل منهما تقول انها من حقها منذ ان عقدت قرانى . حتى لا اطيل عليكم الان اريد ان اعرف موقف الشرع من تلك الشقه و من حق من تكون نحن ثلاثة اخوه انا الذكر الوحيد و انا الذى دفعت جميع مستحقات الشقه منذ وفاة ابى و امى و هل لهم الحق شرعا فى السكن فيها و هم فى عصمة ازواجهم ؟

لا علاقة بين الارث وبين الحالة المادية للورثة.

الشقة تقسم إلى 4 حصص، حصتين لك وحصة لكل أخت. لقوله تعالى: فللذكر مثل حظ الانثيين.

وحاولوا تتفقوا على مصير الشقة بالإجماع، فإن تعذر، فالغالبية دون ضرر الأقلية، مثلا أنت وأخت واحدة اتفقوا على البيع، ولكن الأخت الثانية التي رفضت هي تسكن في الشقة وليس لها سكن غيره، فنقول أجلوا هذا البيع حتى تخرج من الشقة.

لكن إذا كلكم لا تسكنون، لا حرج تبيعوها مثلا لو اتفقت أنت وأخت، بشرط أن الأخت التي رفضت تأخذ حقها بالكامل.

تبقى مسألة أخيرة وهي مستحقات الشقة. لما تبيعوا الشقة، تخصم الديون - المستحقات - قبل تقسيم الحصص. واحرص على تقوى الله، وأن لا تخصم إلا المستحقات التي أنت متأكد منها وعندك فواتير أو شهود عليها، ولا تبالغ في التقدير.

Sheikh I made wudu by wiping on my socks today, and after praying duhr + asr, I realized there's a small hole in my sock. It's in the lower shin area (not the feet area where I wiped) so it was covered by my pants. Is my wudu/salah valid? I remember you saying we can't wipe over socks with holes?

If you saw the hole after you prayed both, and it's possible that you ripped after, then you don't repeat the prayer, but you need to repeat wudu for next prayer.

If you have evidence or strong likelihood that the hole was there all along, you'll have to redo the prayers with a new Wudu.

بداية من حوالي 4 أشهر، يتقوقع وينكمش إذا شربت أمه باردا، ويضرب بقدميه جدار الرحم إذا نكز أبوه بطن أمه كأنه في لعبة ملاكمة.
يهدأ إذا سمع القرآن، ويجن ويتقلب إذا أكثرت أمه من الحلوى.
وتظهر شخصية كل طفل منذ حوالي ستة أشهر في بطن أمه، فالخجول يخبئ عند سماع صوت غريب، والمشاكس يتحرك عند هدوء أمه. تشعر بذلك كل أم ويراه كل أب.
