Actually Hijab is a necessary thing for a muslim girl. It protects her from the unnecessary looks of stranger men. A muslim girl should definitely wear it because it is the order of Allah. Muslim women are convinced that it will be beneficial for them to protect their honor and pureness! Some of them don't wear it! At the end of the day, it is a religious / cultural belief. In Christianity, nuns cover most of their bodies including their hair, what do you call that? Is it their choice? Or something that they are forced to do?! Let us not forget that we, as human beings, are influenced by our society, even in “civilized / liberal” societies there are certain things if you do will not be accepted by others! It is normal! I say, let people do what they like to do as long as we don’t hurt each other by any means :")
