Honestly, it could be a major improvement to quality of life. There have been studies into the very idea of scrapping Daylight Savings Time, and the studies suggest that scrapping DLS could reduce risk of heart attacks, increase in mental wellbeing, and better sleep patterns. There is no real practical reason to keep DLS, and is something we keep because "we've always had it" and we tend to be scared of change.

Unfortunately, they appear to be necessary. People aren't being paid fairly and yet the government's response is to try pitting the country against the working man.
