Not at all, although I am finding it a little odd that a constant is no longer there. With King Charles III on the throne, time will tell what impact he'll have. I sincerely doubt he'll bring an end to the monarchy like many republicans want.

Depends how sick I am and what I'm sick with.
If you mean general under the weather (like a cold or something), then I try to dress like I've got somewhere important to be, take meds, eat and drink properly, and try to just act like I'm not well, to get my mind in the right place to fight it.
I find if I let myself just lie down all the time when I'm ill, my body just shuts down.
