How do you handle stress??? OR stress handle's you???
Stress is something that we believe is out of our control, but really we often create our own stress by allowing stressors to persist in our lives as well as creating stressors. I manage this by removing or addressing my stressors using cognitive problem solving skills I learned over the years. Prayer, meditation, exercise, music, anything that calms me helps me manage stress.
