— younger I easily feel safe around people. Because I grow up with them and I thought I knew their personality. Turns out they were something so different than that what I've believed. My trust is fragile since this time. But I also grew stronger. I am not only fragile I know now how to survive without this safety-feeling.

Easy.
Love yourself enough to know what and who matters to you.
If your grateful to be alive you will know what's worth your time. If not - you always cling to those opinions which hold you down.
Furthermore, it's good to be treated poorly by people who are close to you. Through this hardship, you learn how you want to be treated and you create greater compassion and understanding for other human beings. You learn both. To care when it matters and to ignore and let something behind you when it's simply not worth it.

If you like to be alone, what's wrong about it?
Furthermore, it's a good characteristic to trust in yourself and to not depend too much on others. As long as you don't lose your own independence it doesn't matter if someone fails you.
But to feel lonely is something completely different. Being independent doesn't mean to isolate yourself from everyone, it only means to expect the least from anyone else than yourself. It only means you trust only in your actions and only in your words. Your character and your spirit make you independent.

If the level of your fear is high enough your survival instincts take everything of your energy. The blood in every corner of your body starts to rush back its way to your heart, that's the reason why your hands and your feet are getting cold in the first place. Your brain stops to think about anything because it's only working to survive.

Why do people hate others when there are no reason?

But there are reasons.
Reasons like, your environment e.g. when you grow up and be educated by people who teach you that some people have a greater worth than others.
Or when someone close to you has broken your trust irreparable.
If there is no reason, it's not a strong feeling like hate. It's just disliking. But people seldom try to understand the difference. Neither they try to show respect even though they want to be treated with respect too.

...In meinen Augen, alles was der Wahrheit nahe kommt.
Vielleicht nicht unbedingt heller als die Sonne, doch mindestens genauso sehr. Da, selbst wenn wir uns bemühen, die Wahrheit nicht durch sickern zu lassen, sie sich irgendwann ihren Weg durch all die Lügen bahnt, selbst wenn dies in sehr kleinen Schritten geschieht.
