There's a girl i've liked for ages...and think she likes me back+but i cant ask her out because i broke up with a girl 4 days ago and said that i dont want a girlfriend right now

So, you broke up with a girl and said you don't want another girlfriend but you like this girl and would ask her out. Hmm, you could just talk to the girl? I mean if she likes you back then there's nothing to lose. And if people start saying things like "You said you didn't want a girlfriend" ignore them, it's your life, not theirs xxx
